Returns
We hope that the arrival of your Boya Boya Club order fills you with joy. However, if you get more of a sinking feeling, please follow our return policy as stated. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchases, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@boyaboyaclub.com. Please return the item as a tracked delivery so we can ensure it gets to us, and in the best packaging possible or in original packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. Returning the item will be at your risk.
As we are a small business we cannot cover the cost of the return postage.
Once the item has been received, we will email you to confirm receipt of the product, and we will also notify you of the accepted or rejected approval of the item.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or international / EU orders.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

While the journey to where I am now has been gradual, balancing family life and freelancing as a print designer, the ideas for Boya Boya Club have been brewing for quite some time. Design
Everything produced by Boya Boya Club is meticulously designed and crafted in London. Through the creation of small batches in local workshops, we ensure a meticulous touch on every single item, including the hand-finishing of each individual piece. Each design is typically composed of various laser-cut pieces in either acrylic or wood. These pieces are assembled together like jigsaw puzzles before the final stage of being glued down to the base wood. We have many more collection ideas we've been working on, and we can't wait to share them with you in the near future!
